  1. What does it cost to have a Treasure Towerâ placed in our office?  There is no cost to you for the Treasure Tower, the toys or the service we provide.  Your only cost is 25 cents for each of the "Super Patient Award" tokens you purchase to give to your patients.

  2. How does this program save our office time?
Your staff will no longer need to spend time ordering toys or helping indecisive patients choose their reward.  With the Treasure Tower the child can choose their prize by themselves, allowing the assistant time to focus on the parent, scheduling appointments and handling payments.

  3. How does this program save our office money?
The Treasure Tower controls the number of toys awarded to your patients, eliminating the problem of children taking two or three prizes at your expense.  Since quarters can also be used, more toys can be purchased for patients or waiting siblings by the parents.  Additionally, your office will no longer have the wasted expense of throwing away broken and unwanted prizes leftover in a "box" of toys.  The value of having young patients who are less fearful and as a result will cry less and cooperate quicker is priceless!

  4. Do we get to choose the toys in our Treasure Towerâ?
Yes!  You will be provided with a list of toys to choose from.  We have carefully selected toys, games, jewelry and bouncy balls appealing to kids between the ages of 3 and 17.  With 8 different selections, everyone can get something they like.  We'll continue to add new items to the list and be happy to make exchanges so as to keep the selection in your Treasure Tower fun and exciting!

  5. Do kids prefer the Treasure Towerâ over stickers or choosing a prize from a box of toys?
Yes!  There is something "magical" to kids about the combination of getting a token that tells them they're a "Super Patient" and getting to make their selection from the Treasure Tower, insert the token, turn the handle and have their prize fall down the chute.  The "event" of going to the Treasure Tower is half the fun!  It's a great last experience for them to remember before going home and gives them something to look forward to when coming back!
